A project ran by Stellar Quines Theatre Company, Stepping Stones was a project set up to work and create work with young mums based in Muirhouse.

Motherhood Special was the name that the participants decided themselves and it consisted of a series of films showing the writing that they had wrote. The pieces showed what is was really like to be a young mum in their own context revealing the good sides and the bad sides.

Josie worked as actor within the project, working closely with director Clare Prenton and the participants to present the work in a honest way that really portrayed how the particpants saw life to be like.
